Shipping & Delivery
What would be the expected delivery time after an order is placed?
Products will be delivered to you in 2-7 working days. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post that we will again send you a SMS/Email once your order is shipped.
Unable to deliver
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and in couple of days your account will be refunded for the order amount.

Cancelling an order
Only orders that haven’t been shipped can be cancelled.
You can return any product within 15 days of it’s delivery. Once the request is processed, the return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request. If you want to return a product, please send us an email at email@example.com
The products should be unused, intact and in it’s original packaging (box, tags, labels). The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s).

Damaged on arrival (signs of tampering or visible damaged delivery)
If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify us by emailing on firstname.lastname@example.org
